Welcome to Vibe Tribe Adventures ECO Tours. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and adventure tour experiences offered in Mexico, the United States, Costa Rica, and other locations. By accessing our website or booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this site or participating in any of our tours, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

 
2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. Minors may participate only with parental or guardian consent and under supervision where applicable.

 
3. Booking & Payment

  • Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Payment: Full or partial payment (as outlined per tour) is required to secure your spot.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made 14+ days before the trip: 100% refund (minus processing fees).

    • 7–13 days: 50% refund.

    • Less than 7 days: No refund.

  • Changes: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any tour due to weather, safety, or minimum participation requirements. In such cases, you will be offered a refund or alternative date.

 
4. Assumption of Risk

Our tours involve outdoor activities such as hiking, paddle boarding, biking, and camping that come with inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks, including injury, loss, or damage.

 
5. Health & Safety

You are responsible for assessing your own physical condition and capabilities. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or limitations prior to your trip. We may require waivers for high-risk activities.

 
6. Equipment & Guides

  • Rental gear must be returned in the condition it was received. You are responsible for any lost or damaged equipment.

  • Our guides are trained professionals, and their instructions must be followed at all times for safety reasons.

 
7. Code of Conduct

We are a community rooted in respect for cultures, nature, and each other. Any behavior deemed disrespectful, dangerous, or discriminatory will result in removal from the tour without refund.

 
8. Environmental Commitment

By joining a Vibe Tribe Adventure, you commit to eco-friendly practices, including minimizing waste, respecting wildlife, and following Leave No Trace principles.

 
9. Intellectual Property

All content on our site—photos, logos, trip itineraries, and educational materials—is the property of Vibe Tribe Adventures ECO Tours and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

 
10. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy and is used solely to provide you with our services.

 
11. Affiliates & Third-Party Providers

We work with affiliate guides and third-party service providers. While we vet all partners carefully, we are not liable for services rendered directly by third parties.

 
12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe Tribe Adventures ECO Tours shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our services.

 
13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdictions where services are rendered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the respective region (e.g., Quintana Roo, Mexico; California, USA; or San José, Costa Rica).

 
14. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
